Returns Policy

We want to be sure you’re satisfied with every purchase from Lipchic Boutique, so we offer no-hassle easy returns! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return. All returns will be for store credit only. 

  • All return packages must be received within 20 days of the date of original purchase. 
  • Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package. 
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a Lipchic Boutique store credit which can be used online or in stores. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error. 
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges can be made for any item in our store. 
  • We do not accept returns on jewelry.
  • Ronaldo Jewelry can be exchanged for a different size.  It is your responsibility for return shipping and there will be a $4.00 shipping charge for the exchange to be shipped back to you.  You may exchange in our store with no extra charge. 

 

You cannot return or exchange if:

  •  It has been more than 20 days since the original purchase date.
  •  If your purchase was on sale.
  •  Jewelry is Final Sale
  •  If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.
  •  If the original tags are not attached.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping 

We use USPS for shipping in most cases. Expedited shipping is available. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors.

Please allow 24 hours for processing.  You will receive an email with shipping information when your package has shipped, or indicating when your package is available for pickup for store pickup options. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
